Important : Please note that the deadline mentioned indicates the final day we can receive your items for shipment.
The estimated delivery date is the approximate day you can expect your package to arrive, assuming there are no delays in customs clearance. Typically, once our cargo arrives in Ecuador, customs clearance takes about one week, and final delivery to you via our driver or Servientrega takes an additional couple of days.

Policy regarding package returns. As we do not have specific delivery timeframes for incoming packages, we are unable to reject any upon arrival.
If you require a package to be returned and it has not yet been packed for shipment, the return processing fee will be $25.00. If the package is already packed, as indicated in the provided pictures, the return fee will be $35.00.
We have experienced an increasing number of return requests, which unfortunately require significant time and can disrupt our shipping sequence, especially when packages are already prepared for dispatch.
