Our standard rate applies to shipments under the 4x4 system (Category B):
Maximum value: $400 per shipment
Maximum weight: 8 pounds
👉 Only shipments that meet BOTH limits qualify for the standard rate of $10 per pound.
Most personal shipments fall under the 4x4 system. Larger or higher-value items may require Category C processing.
