Shipping Rates

Standard shipments under the 4x4 System are charged at $10 per pound.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Customs fees

• Passenger transportation

• Oversized packages

• Restricted items

• Special handling

Passenger Transportation

Some shipments cannot travel with our regular cargo service.

These include oversized items, prescription medications, or items requiring special handling.

For these shipments:

• APshipping may require full payment or a deposit before transportation is arranged.

• Passenger transportation cannot be scheduled until payment requirements are met.

Customs Clearance

All shipments entering Ecuador are subject to customs inspection.

APshipping cannot guarantee customs processing times.

Government taxes and duties remain the customer's responsibility.

Delivery

Customers will be notified when their shipment is ready.

Please arrange payment promptly to avoid delays.

Storage Policy

Limited storage is available.

Packages should be claimed as soon as possible after notification.

Abandoned Packages

Packages remaining unpaid or unclaimed for more than 60 days after notification are considered abandoned.

APshipping reserves the right to:

• sell

• donate

• dispose of

• or otherwise use abandoned property

to recover shipping, customs, transportation, storage, and administrative costs.

Returns

Returns requested before shipment are subject to:

• $25 handling fee (not packed)

• $35 handling fee (already packed)

Shipping carrier charges are additional.

Restricted Items

Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased items may legally enter Ecuador.

If unsure, contact APshipping before purchasing.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate recipient information

• Paying all shipping charges

• Paying customs charges

• Responding to communication regarding their shipment
