Our standard rate is $10 per pound under the 4x4 system (Category B).
Some items or shipments may have additional charges depending on size, value, or customs requirements.

π What is the 4x4 system?
The 4x4 system (Category B) applies to shipments that meet:
Maximum value: $400
Maximum weight: 8 pounds
π Only shipments within these limits qualify for the standard rate.

If a shipment exceeds the 4x4 limits or requires customs processing, it will be handled under Category C.
This may include:
Import duties
Taxes (IVA)
Additional fees

π¦ Can I send any item?
Most personal items are allowed. However, some items are restricted or prohibited.

π Do vitamins or medicines have special pricing?
Yes:
Vitamins & supplements: $2 per bottle or by weight (whichever is greater)
Medicines: require a prescription and must go with a passenger
Additional charges may apply.

There is no upfront payment required.
Payment is due once your shipment arrives in Ecuador and is ready for delivery.

Shipping follows scheduled departures
Customs clearance typically takes about one week
Final delivery is completed within a few days

π Can I return a package?
We are unable to reject packages upon arrival.
If you need a return:
$25 fee if not yet packed
$35 fee if already packed
