APshipping Terms & Conditions
By using APshipping's services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance
By shipping through APshipping, customers agree to all published policies, rates, and procedures.
2. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Accurate shipment information
Declared values
Payment of shipping charges
Customs taxes and duties
Compliance with Ecuadorian import regulations
3. Shipping Charges
Rates are based on the current pricing schedule.
Additional fees may apply for:
Oversized shipments
Passenger transportation
Customs processing
Government fees
Special handling
4. Passenger Shipments
Certain shipments require transportation by private passenger.
APshipping reserves the right to require advance payment or deposits before transportation is arranged.
Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of transportation.
5. Customs
Customs inspections and delays are outside APshipping's control.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon notification unless otherwise specified.
Failure to pay may delay delivery.
7. Storage
Storage space is limited.
Customers should arrange pickup promptly after notification.
8. Abandoned Property
Packages remaining unpaid or unclaimed for more than 60 days after notification shall be considered abandoned. The 60-day period begins on the date APshipping first notifies the customer that the shipment is available for pickup or delivery.
APshipping may, at its sole discretion:
sell
donate
dispose of
recycle
the property in order to recover transportation, storage, customs, handling, and administrative expenses.
Customers waive any future claim to abandoned property after the 60-day period.
9. Limitation of Liability
APshipping is not responsible for:
Customs delays
Government actions
Incorrect customer information
Delays caused by carriers
Force majeure events
Damage resulting from inadequate manufacturer packaging
10. Force Majeure
APshipping shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, transportation interruptions, or customs inspections.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
12. Policy Changes
APshipping reserves the right to modify its rates, policies, or Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the company's website.
