4. Passenger Shipments

Certain shipments require transportation by private passenger.

APshipping reserves the right to require advance payment or deposits before transportation is arranged.

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of transportation.

Customs inspections and delays are outside APshipping's control.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees.


6. Payment

Payment is due upon notification unless otherwise specified.

Failure to pay may delay delivery.

Storage space is limited.

Customers should arrange pickup promptly after notification.


8. Abandoned Property

Packages remaining unpaid or unclaimed for more than 60 days after notification shall be considered abandoned. The 60-day period begins on the date APshipping first notifies the customer that the shipment is available for pickup or delivery. 

APshipping may, at its sole discretion:

the property in order to recover transportation, storage, customs, handling, and administrative expenses.

Customers waive any future claim to abandoned property after the 60-day period.
