Due to the nature of our service, we are unable to reject packages upon arrival, as delivery times are not controlled by us.
If you need a package returned:
$25 return fee applies if the package has not yet been packed for shipment
$35 return fee applies if the package has already been packed (as shown in shipment photos)
Please note that return requests require additional handling and may affect shipping schedules, especially for packages already prepared for dispatch.
